What time is check in?
Check in is usually available from 3:00pm onwards. Please note that as a small family run business we do not have a front desk. Please make sure that you arrange check in with us prior to arrival. If we are unable to greet you on arrival we will set you up with a contactless check in so you can arrive anytime convenient to you.
What time is check out?
Check out is by 11:00am. You must be out of your room(s) by this time. If you need to stay on site past 11:00am please talk to your host. We may be able to accommodate you relaxing in our grounds after vacating your room.
What is your availability for rooms?

Follow the link that says "See our entire availability" to see a full breakdown of available rooms. Please note that this is the same system we use and it is up to date. We usually cannot accommodate same day bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
For single room bookings you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to your reservation.
For Multi-room bookings you may cancel up to 60 days prior to your reservation free of charge.
If you wish to cancel after the free cancellation period you will be charged for one night per room booked.
Cancellations can be made at (805) 929-5444. Please note that if you booked through an external booking partner such as Expedia or Booking.com you must cancel through the original booking site directly.
Do you allow pets?
For events we are happy to accept pets on site. Please make sure to check with your event host as well though.
If you are looking to stay at the Bed & Breakfast, we have two pet friendly rooms on site. Our Carriage House and The Cottage. Both rooms are located in our gardens on the ground floor. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets inside the main house internal rooms.
There is no weight limit.
What do you serve for breakfast?
All of our room rates include breakfast. Breakfast is usually served between 8:30am and 10:00am.
Continental Breakfast includes:
Other Fruit (Usually Apples & Tangerines)
Cereals (Usually Raisin Bran, Oatmeal, Cheerios & Granola)
Milk (Almond Milk available on request)
Cooked Breakfast will either be served buffet style with an egg dish and hashbrowns or will be available to order from the breakfast host. Please note that we do not have any meats available.
