AMENITIES

We treasure all guests who step through our doors here at the historic Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens and encourage you to make yourself at home during your stay. Just imagine yourself relaxing in our tall ceilinged common rooms, reading in the welcoming library, strolling the spacious wrap-around veranda and unwinding in the serenity of our lush gardens.

Our amenities for all rooms include:

  • Private Bathrooms: All of our rooms have their own bathrooms, none are shared. However as our house is over 130 years old not all of the bathrooms are inside the room. If you are looking for a room with the bathroom attached look for our rooms with the 'En Suite' tag.

  • Televisions: All of our rooms come with their own television in addition to the large open us television in our main living area. Most come with cable and some have DVD player or SMART TV capability.

  • Breakfast: We provide a continental breakfast with cooked options when possible. If you have any dietary restrictions please contact us in advance of your stay.

  • Coffee: Coffee is available in the pot in the kitchen before breakfast and at the hot drinks bar during breakfast.

  • Hot Drinks: We always have hot water available at our drinks bar in the large dining room. Drink selections include a range of teas and hot chocolate.

  • Free WiFi: Free WiFi is available for all guests. The WiFi code is available in the kitchen. Please note that we do not have high speed internet available and you may experience some interruptions if attempting to video call etc.

  • Snacks: We have fresh fruit and popcorn available all day for guests. You are also welcome to help yourself to seasonal produce in the garden including pears, walnuts, peaches and lemons.

  • Toiletries: We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in all showers. Plus makeup remover wipes, sanitizer, cups and soap at all sinks.

  • Towels: Luxury fluffy Egyptian cotton towels are provided in each room. You will find bath towels, bath mats, face cloths and hand towels. If you need any additional towels during your stay do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff.

  • Bedding: All beds come with 400 thread-count cotton sheets. Four pillows, a snuggly duvet, and patterned comforter laid atop our luxury mattresses complete our inviting ensemble. Additional bedding is always available on request to make sure you have the perfect night's sleep.

  • Hairdryers: Available in every room.

  • Ironing facilities: Irons and ironing boards can be found in the upstairs hallway.

  • Library: Our library includes a wide selection of books, DVDs and games.

  • Climate Control: Our upstairs rooms have centrally controlled A/C and heating. Our outside rooms have accessible temperature control.
